Background

Founded in 1972, this not-for-profit institution has a well-deserved reputation as a top-quality school in Abu Dhabi. The American Community School of Abu Dhabi is a co-educational day school governed by an elected board of parents and affiliated with the Office of Overseas Schools, United States Department of State. The school's student body consists of over 1,200 students from more than 55 different countries.

ACS is situated on a well-equipped campus replete with modern facilities. Highlights include the media centre, black-box theatre, dance studio and auditorium. There are also cardio and weight rooms, two gymnasiums, a chilled and heated swimming pool and numerous multi-purpose spaces.
